What is Fire the Imagination's shipping policy?
When you place an order with Fire the Imagination in-stock items leave our shipping facility in 1-5 business days. Processing times may increase to 7 business days during peak periods. We initiate shipments Monday through Friday. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please follow this tracking number to prepare for delivery to your address.

What is Fire the Imagination’s return policy?
Fire the Imagination purchases are non-returnable.
Warranty
What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?
If your purchase arrives at your delivery address damaged, the following steps are necessary.
- Sign for your parcel as damaged.
- Take photos of the damaged exterior box as well as the shipping label.
- Take photos of the damaged contents.
A claim can only be initiated with Fire the Imagination if these photos are available. Contact us at customercare@firetheimagination.ca with the necessary documentation.
What is Fire the Imagination’s warranty policy?
The only product with a warranty in the Fire the Imagination collection is Kinderfeets. Kinderfeets brand offers a (12 month) one-year warranty from date of purchase for manufacturer's defects. Warranty claims with Kinderfeets require a copy of the original receipt of purchase, photos of the defect and a description of the problem. Please contact customerservice@kinderfeets.com for warranty claims relating to the Kinderfeets brand.
